The program is set for the 2010 Baldrige Regional Conferences. The conferences will feature more than 12 current and former Baldrige Award Recipients presenting on their best practices in areas such as innovation, leadership, and employee engagement.
Each conference will begin with the senior executives of the 2009 Baldrige Award recipients discussing their leadership practices in an in-depth plenary session. Concurrent management sessions will then highlight the recipients’ practices in the different Criteria categories as well as in areas such as innovation, employee engagement, and using Baldrige to align your organization.
Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to share their own practices and hear those of other attendees in Open Mic sessions. And they will hear the CEO’s of former Baldrige recipients close each conference with insights on how Baldrige can be used to take organizations to world-class performance levels.
