Learn about the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program

For 25 years, the Baldrige Program has provided American organizations with the tools to improve performance and competitiveness in the United States' economy. With the help of the Baldrige Criteria, Baldrige Examiners, and the Baldrige community, the program aims to promote excellence, educate leaders in a number of industries, and honor those who are national role models. Attend the Baldrige Program’s Quest for Excellence® conference or Regional Conferences to meet Examiners, Baldrige Award recipients, and representatives from state and local Baldrige-based programs.
Attend a Baldrige-based state or local program’s conference in your area.
Request a speaker from the Baldrige Program to talk to your organization about using the Baldrige Criteria to drive improvement and produce world-class results.

Once you have grounded yourself in the basics through the Baldrige network, consider self-assessing your organization against the Criteria as the next step on your journey to performance excellence.
