I recommend looking at the discussion groups for graduate programs to start. Another great resource is the "Program Search" tool for US Department of State programs - you can specify in the Participant window that you're a graduate student.
Since you are looking to study in the U.S. at the graduate levels, I also recommend contacting your local EducationUSA advisor in Pakistan and explaining what you're looking for.

If you are looking for Department of State exchange programs in particular, I encourage you to use our "Program Search" tool. You can also check out our discussion groups to connect with past and present exchange participants.
If you are looking to study in the U.S. at the undergraduate or graduate levels, I recommend contacting your local EducationUSA advisor in Pakistan. The people in that office will be able to assess your personal situation and help you find a program.
