Department of Extended Studies
Florida Tech’s off-campus programs, also known as the Department of Extended Studies, have been offering graduate degree programs since 1972 when programs were first offered at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland.
The off-campus sites and locations include:
Hampton Roads, VA (including Fort Eustis)
Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal)
National Capital Region in Quantico, VA
Northeast in Picatinny Arsenal and Lakehurst, NJ
And the Virtual Site which offers distance learning programs.
Florida Tech is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award associate, baccalaureate, master’s, education specialist and doctoral degrees.
