"As I shared with you several weeks ago in a blog post entitled, “New SD-22 DMSMS Guidebook Now Available,” the Defense Standardization Program Office (DSPO) recently issued a fully revised and newly updated version of the highly-regarded “SD-22 Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS): A Guidebook of Best Practices and Tools for Implementing a Robust DMSMS Management Program.”
The good news for our defense acquisition workforce community doesn’t stop there. Working closely with the DoD DMSMS Working Group, DAU is not only hosting a downloadable PDF copy of the document on new SD-22 DMSMS Guidebook site on the Guidance page of the DoD Product Support Policy, Guidance, Tools & Training web page, but we have just deployed a hyperlinked, web-enabled “Online Version” of this important new document.
In addition, PDF copies are also available on the DoD ASSIST website, the DAU Publications & Catalogs Guidebook page and under the DAU LOG CoP Sustainment site.
