State SACs The Justice Research and Statistics Association is a national nonprofit organization of state Statistical Analysis Center (SAC) directors, and other researchers and practitioners throughout government, academia, and criminal justice organizations.
JRSA conducts and publishes policy-relevant research on justice issues, provides training and technical assistance, and maintains ISAR, a clearinghouse of state criminal justice activities.

Office of Research and Strategic Planning West Virginia
 

The West Virginia Statistical Analysis Center, a section of the Office of Research and Strategic Planning, is housed in the Division of Justice and Community Services, which serves as the State Administering Agency. The mission of the SAC is to generate statistical and analytical products for justice professionals, policymakers, and all citizens of West Virginia. The Center prides itself on bridging the gap between research and practice, and being a vital resource for research, data, and analysis.
