Poet Laureate, Natasha Trethewey

The 19th Poet Laureate begins her residency in the Washington, D.C. in January 2013 and will work in the Poets Room of the Poetry and Literature Center until May 2013 -- the first time the Poet Laureate has done so since the inception of the position in 1986.
