The public meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2007, from 1 - 3 p.m., in the auditorium (Room 1A003), Harvey W. Wiley Federal Building, 5100 Paint Branch Highway, College Park, Md. Early registration is encouraged because it will expedite entry into the building and its parking area.
