Operating Administrations' Drug and Alcohol Program Information
As a result of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, the following DOT Agencies established drug and alcohol testing regulations to ensure that aircraft, trains, trucks, and buses were operated in a safe and responsible manner. The following chart lists each DOT Agency's drug and alcohol testing related information:
