Current Employment Statistics sample by State

Each month the Current Employment Statistics (CES) program surveys about 145,000 businesses and government agencies nationwide, representing approximately 557,000 individual worksites, in order to provide detailed industry data on employment, hours, and earnings for the nation as a whole, all States, and most major metropolitan areas.
