Breezy southeast winds may make wind chills to -40 possible once again Tuesday night into Wednesday morning across much of the area. The next storm system may impact western and central North Dakota Wednesday night into Friday. Light to moderate snowfall accumulations are possible. However, light winds are forecast with little blowing snow expected at this time.
