I work for the Dept. of Children's Services and at least 85% of our clientele has issues with substance abuse. I am also bilingual and work with Spanish speaking clients, who most of the time feel that it is not manly to admit to ever having been abused and how that effects them as they become adults. This information will help myself and other coworkers understand the clients behavior and attidudes towards something as sensitive as this.
