Solicitation R12PS10003 – ID/IQ Contracts for Architect-Engineering Services for PN Region

Potential offerors are invited to review the Draft Section C (Statement of Work/Specifications). Please see the FBO Notice published on September 11, 2012 for more information.  Questions regarding the draft Section C or the FBO Notice should be directed to the Contracting Officer listed in the Notice.

A pre-proposal conference was held on October 10, 2012, at 2 PM MDT at the Pacific Northwest Regional Office, 1150 N. Curtis Road, Boise ID 83706-1234.

Online Representations and Certifications Application
To be eligible for Government awards, contractors must be registered in ORCA. ORCA is an e-Government initiative that was designed by the Integrated Acquisition Environment to replace the paper-based Representations and Certifications process. To prepare for this requirement and to register in ORCA, you will need to have two items: an active Central Contractor Registration record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number identified in that CCR record. Your DUNS number and MPIN act as your company's ID and password into ORCA.
