Family members eligible for Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) services include a spouse or an adult child who will be looking for a job. Services include a two hour briefing on benefits and entitlements called the Preseparation Briefing, job search training to include the 2 1/2-Day Job Search Workshop, and individual job search assistance. The ACAP experience will assist Family members with a smooth transition as well as help in obtaining a good job. Orders are not needed. Family members are welcome to attend ACAP independently or with the transitioning Soldier.
