910th Airlift Wing conducts 45th 'Pilot for a Day' program

910th cuts ribbon at new Community Activity Center

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio -- A group of dignitaries, including 910th Airlift Wing commander, Col. Fritz Linsenmeyer (fifth from left) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Deputy Chief of Services, Mr. Alan Ray (fourth from left) prepare to cut the ceremonial ribbon, officially opening the new Community Activity Center (CAC) here, May 14, 2011. According to Mr. Ray, the 910th's CAC is the first constructed on an AFRC base. The purpose of the event is to build advocacy for the unit, based here, and the Air Force Reserve among civic and business leaders in the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio by showcasing the mission capabilities of the 910th.
