Prairie Public Television documentary “Mother Nature in Charge: Devils Lake The Dilemma” chronicles the Devils Lake flooding situation from 2011 to 2012 in east-central North Dakota. Rising water levels in the basin have been a problem for residents and water managers for almost two decades. The USGS has monitored and studied the basin for many years.
