  1. Our 1930 white glazed terra cotta tile (Gladding McBean) building got hit with paint balls and we can’t get the paint off. We were thinking of using lasers. Do you think this would work? Where can we find lasers for hire?

  2. Although we always promote water as the best cleaning agent, is there any updated research on the use of Quaternary ammonia? A product, Wet and Forget (Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 9.9%), seems to be highly advertised. It has been suggested that even D-2 might not be as harmless as once thought. We would appreciate any current insights or recommendations. – Thanks
