The Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) provides national leadership to state and territory coastal programs and estuarine research reserves to keep America's coasts healthy and resilient. OCRM activities are mandated by the Coastal Zone Management Act, MPA Executive Order (pdf, 138kb), and Coral Reef Conservation Act (pdf, 36kb).
