How to use this site

Introduction

This site is used to obtain the location of VA medical centers and their ratings at servicing many conditions.
Use the searchboxes to find a good site for treatment of a specific condition.

Search Box #1: Searching by location and condition

Search Box #1 Allows you to search by either State or Zip Code.
Additionally, you select the particular Category and Condition for which you are interested in.
This will then display the medical centers in your search area, and their given ratings for that condition.

Search Box #2: Searching by location only

Search Box #2 Allows you to search only by location.
It will display a list of medical centers in your search area.

The Results Page

Either search box will display the results page listing the medical centers in your search area.
They may or may not include ratings for a specific condition (depending on which search box you used).
Clicking on the address of a medical center will take you to the Detail page.

The Detail Page

The detail page will show you the details from a particular medical center.
If you searched with a condition, it's rating will be shown initially.
You may select from a list of other conditions to obtain information and ratings on them as well.
Some selections have additional information, this will also be shown here.
