Specified Acts Permits are permits for special actions that are not covered by the Shoreline Use
Permits. Items may include: removing hazardous trees, using a lightweight vehicle or golf cart
for dock work or shoreline cleanup, and other various uses. Specified Acts Permits are generally
issued for a one time occurrence as defined in the permit.
Any additional occurrences will require a new permit. To set up a meeting with a Park Ranger to
request a Specified Acts Permit, contact the Allatoona Lake Project Management Office at 678-721-6700.
