CFTC Acting Chairman Sharon Brown-Hruska presents Congressman Charles Stenholm of Texas, Ranking Democratic Member of the House Agricultural Committee, with a photograph of the brass CFTC seal in appreciation for assistance after 9/11

CFTC Acting Chairman Sharon Brown-Hruska presents Congressman Charles Stenholm of Texas, Ranking Democratic Member of the House Agricultural Committee, with a photograph of the brass CFTC seal in appreciation for assistance after 9/11 in rebuilding the CFTC's New York Office, which was destroyed in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. The CFTC seal was found in the Ground Zero rubble in reasonably fine shape and is now displayed in the Main Reception area of the CFTC's relocated New York Office at 140 Broadway.
