Black History Praise Concert
Lesley Edwards-Gaither, wife of U.S. Air Force Capt. Julian Gaither, 99th Air Base Wing chaplain, provides remarks about Black History Month during a Nellis Gospel Praise Concert at the Base Chapel Feb. 8, 2013, at Nellis Air Force Base. The concert was comprised of poetry reading, dance, skits, gospel song selections, praise and worship, and scripture readings. The Nellis community is also hosting a luncheon on Feb. 21, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at The Club, and an open-mic night on Feb. 22, 2013 at 6 p.m. at the Time Out Sports Lounge in honor of Black History Month.
