U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will hold an embargoed press call with reporters at 3:30 p.m. ET today to discuss the Obama administration’s work to provide additional states with flexibility from key provisions from No Child Left Behind (NCLB) in exchange for state-developed plans to prepare all students for college and career, focus aid on the neediest students, and support effective teaching and leadership. The call and all related materials will be embargoed until 12:01 a.m. ET tomorrow, Thursday, July 19.
