Official Travelers
* Soldiers on Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments
* Soldiers and their families undergoing Permanent Change of Station (PCS)
* Others traveling on official military business (including civilian and government travelers).

Those in PCS status will continue to be categorizied as official travelers even beyond the ten days associated with their Temporary Lodging Expense (TLE) authorization.

* Family members of soldiers
* Retired military personnel
* Contractors
* Visiting business persons

Individuals who have been granted access to travel on-post, but are not traveling due to official military orders. They must have on-post access to stay at an IHG Army Hotel.
