Responsibilities

Mike is currently managing BNL’s Partnership activities including the CRADA and Work-for-Others programs.  The responsibilities include the Laboratory’s Other Federal Agency and Non-Federal WFO programs, including coordination of proposal review and approval, negotiation of contractual agreements, and interactions with DOE as required to obtain necessary approvals. Mike has managed BNL’s WFO and CRADA programs for over 15 years.

Experience

Mike also served as the Special Assistant to BNL’s Associate Laboratory Director (ALD) for Energy Environment and National Security.  In this position, Mike provided administrative and managerial support to the ALD for a research organization of over 250 scientists and professionals, with an annual budget of $80M. Prior to joining BNL, Mike worked for over 10 years as a Construction Manager on large projects for the utility industry.
