CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application by International Derivatives Clearinghouse, LLC for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application by International Derivatives Clearinghouse, LLC for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before Friday, October 17, 2008.

Comments may be submitted electronically to secretary@cftc.gov. All comments received will be posted on the CFTC’s website.
