    CFTC-SEC Announce Panelists for August 20, 2010, Public Roundtable to Discuss Governance and Conflicts of Interest in the Clearing and Listing of Swaps

    Washington, DC – The staffs of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today announced the panelists for their August 20, 2010, public roundtable to discuss Governance and Conflicts of Interest in the Clearing and Listing of Swaps.
