    CFTC to Hold Open Meeting on Thirteenth Series of Proposed Rules under the Dodd-Frank Act

    Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. to consider the issuance of a proposed rulemaking under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act on the following topic:

    • Margin Requirements for Uncleared Swaps for Swap Dealers and Major Swap Participants

    The Meeting will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
