Science Gateways : Demos

Most science gateway services require authentication to access compute and data resources. If you're not a NERSC user this will limit the scope of the examples below. If you are a NERSC user please login with your NERSC username and password to enable the examples below.

• list the files in a directory
• download a file
• run a command on a login node
• estimate the value of π using a toy MPI code
• check the status of batch jobs
• using interactive maps to analyze data at NERSC (1,2,3,4)
