The contents are discretionary and support DCMA policy established in the DCMA Instructions/Guidebook. The contents are intended only as a guide and may be supplemented locally. All DCMA personnel are encouraged to submit suggestions to the HQ Performance Advocate Debbie Powell for publication and sharing throughout DCMA.
