Sometimes students become ill or injured at school.  For these reasons, we urge you to notify the school office whenever your home work, or emergency contact phone numbers change.  Without current phone numbers it is difficult to contact you when your child is seriously ill or injured.  Walker is fortunate to have the services of our school nurse daily. 

• Check your student's agenda book.  Each trip to the nurse is notated at the bottom of that day's page.

• Check the Nurse's Notes for Updated information concerning your Child's Health.
