Aspen, our student information provider, takes a different approach from our previous electronic gradebook and parent portal. DoDEA has made a conscious effort to protect the privacy of the information about students within this data base and have created a electronic gateway for parents to use to view their Student's information concerning their academic progress. This gateway is called MyData Button. (see below) |

The myData Button will take you to a login screen when a login and password may be entered to access the Aspen parent portal.
However, FIRST, there are a couple of steps that must be taken to obtain the login and password. |

The first step is to submit a DoDEA Student Registration- Form 700 for Consents and Authorizations. This is similar to the Form 600 you completed earlier this year, so we only currently need section five completed. Then email, fax, or bring to the Walker School office. Upon completion of the verification process, you will recieve two separate e-mails with your logon information and the web site address to the portal. Of course you may always come to the Walker School Web site and click the MyData Button on the home page. |
