Please notify the school office at least 5 school days prior to the withdrawal of your child. The student will be given his/her health record, report card, and a final withdrawal sheet to hand carry to the next school. Cumulative records will be sent immediately upon request from the gaining school. If you are unable to notify the school office five days before withdrawal you will have to ask the new school to request your student's records to be sent forward.

In addition students will need to complete the following:

  • Student must return all government property, e.g. books and school equipment.
  • Student is required to obtain all proper personnel signatures on withdrawal form.
  • Student must pay for lost or damaged government property and settle any debts
