2/14/2013 - HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- The New Horizons Symposium, sponsored by the Lexington-Concord Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, will be held March 5 through 6 at the Marriott Hotel in Newton, Mass.

The symposium provides a forum for Air Force Life Cycle Management Center program executive officers and program managers to exchange information with industry on current and emerging business opportunities. Both AFLCMC Hanscom PEOs, Maj. Gen. Craig Olson, C3I and Networks, and Steven Wert, Battle Management, are scheduled to speak.

This year's focus will include a broader regional look at near-term opportunities and the theme is "Securing our Nation's Future in Today's Turbulent Times."

In addition to AFLCMC Hanscom, anticipated participants include MIT Lincoln Laboratory, the General Services Administration, the Mass. National Guard and the Natick Soldier Systems Center.

The registration fee for industry participants is $450. There is no cost to attend for active duty military and government civilians.

Registration information and options can be found on the chapter's website, www.afceaboston.com.
