The RXTE Guest Observer Facility has several quick-response e-mail help desks to respond to questions and comments from proposers and Guest Observers. The staff members of the RXTE GOF take turns in the help desk "hotseat" and respond to questions as quickly as possible.

Proposers and Guest Observers should, as much as possible, direct their queries to the most relevant helpdesk. This method will guarantee the fastest response to questions. However, for issues not covered by the helpdesks, please send email to xtehelp@athena.gsfc.nasa.gov
