Expand the capability of the Air Force by fostering a positive attitude toward and understanding of the "Total Force Construct."

To enhance and advocate the synergy gained through the full utilization of the "Total Force" (active duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, civilians, and contractors) as one team.

• Advises the AU commander and school commandants on Total Force issues and the Air National Guard.
• Advises the state adjutant general and the National Guard Bureau on professional development of officers and non-commissioned officers.
• Guest lectures on Total Force Integration to over 6,000 U. S. Air Force and international students annually.
