Biographical Sketch
Seung-Jin Sul is the High Performance Bioinformatics S/W Developer. He completed his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the Texas A&M University in Dec 2009 and then worked as a post-doctoral researcher at J Craig Venter Institute for 2 years, where he focused on developing bioinformatics algorithms. He joins the NERSC Technology Integration Group and works on developing bioinformatics pipelines coorperating with the Joint Genome Institute.
