Effective
Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 1200 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the National
Centers for Environmental Prediction’s (NCEP) Hydrometeorological Prediction
Center (HPC) will issue Probabilistic Winter Precipitation Forecasts for Days 1-3
on an operational basis for the contiguous United States (CONUS) only.
