Grand Bay CTP has the unique ability to respond to emerging issues at the local level.  The Program is working with surrounding communities to provide information and training opportunities focused on conservation planning, floodplain management, and low impact development, topic which were identified as high priority training needs by community leaders after Hurricane Katrina.
