Jacques Cousteau CTP offers a variety of training programs, resources, and outreach materials for New Jersey's coastal management community. Guided by front end evaluation, the Jacques Cousteau CTP has increased its capacity to provide resources and technical assistance to larger and more diverse audiences throughout the state.
