OWC CTP increases the ability of local governments to make informed land use decisions for long-term protection and restoration of Lake Erie.  The CTP leverages the resources and expertise of three NOAA funded programs and serveral local partners to identify and respond to decision-maker needs with science-based training, technical assistance, and facilitation of collaborative planning and problem-solving.
