Effective Team Enablers include Communication, Collaboration, Contribution and Trust. Customer Factors include Improved Capability, Improved Readiness and Reduced O&M Costs. These factors affect both Direction and Commitment. Individual Factors include Personal Standards, Interests and Values, Career Goals, Work Ethic, Security, Welfare and Morale. The factors affect both Commitment and Energy.
