The 82nd Training Wing "Commander's Wingman of Choice" award program is the commander's way of acknowledging Airmen for a job well done and to recognize Airmen who exemplify the spirit of the program.

Hometown: Niceville, Florida

Years of service and time on Sheppard: 22 months of service at Sheppard

Family: Married to Master Sgt. Jonathan Arnold, daughters Ashley (8) and Hayley (6).

What inspires you: Almost everything inspires me in some way; people, places, art, music but mostly people. Some people have a story to share that can change your overall perspective on a situation. Others just have an amazing personality and outlook on life in general.

Future goals: To return to college to complete my bachelor's program.

Greatest accomplishment: My family. I'm blessed to have an amazing husband and two sweet little girls.

Hobbies, off-duty interests: Volunteering with kids activities, sewing and traveling.

Why is this person the Wingman of Choice?:
- Superior manager! Identified and fixed 246 errors on 106 performance reports and 45 decorations certifying that a quality squadron program is achieved
- Single point liaison for the squadron commander; managed/coordinated with 56 detachment leaders and 12 Knowledge Operations Managers to cut squadron administrative routing time by 50%
- Phenomenal leader! Planned/briefed squadron policies during detachment leadership seminar ensuring seven leaders were readied for their new command

Commander's comments:  Ms. Arnold is the focal point between the 372nd Training Squadron command section and 28 GSU's. She consistently performs above and beyond her normal responsibilities, to include those duties that are commensurate to those of a squadron First Sergeant. Ms. Arnold astutely manages the EPR, Decoration and Award programs for 564 squadron personnel. I am pleased to nominate her for the Wingman of Choice Award. - Maj Richard D. Boatman, 372nd TRS commander
