Description

Legal Name

Full name of the nonprofit agency.

Address/Phone Number

Street number and name, city, state, zip code, area code, and telephone number for the nonprofit agency.

Participating States

State(s) in which the nonprofit agency is authorized to participate in FHA/HUD activities.

Authorizations [Type]

Type of authorization for a nonprofit agency, including:

FHA Borrower: Authorized to finance FHA-insured mortgages on the same terms and conditions as an owner-occupant.

REO: Authorized to purchase a HUD Real Estate Owned (REO) homes at a discount prior to public offering.

Secondary Financing: authorized to provide secondary financing to borrowers originating FHA-insured mortgages.

Authorizations [Level]

Level of nonprofit agency participation, including:

Full: Unlimited number of cases can be processed.

Limited: Restricted number of cases can be processed. This is specified by the HOC.

Limitations Exist

Yes: Processing area or approval area stipulations exist for the nonprofit agency.
None: Processing area or approval area stipulations do not exist for the nonprofit agency.
