Clubs and Activities

Student Government

The Student Government consists of student representatives from each of the third, fourth, and fifth grade classes. Representative selection is based on leadership and citizenship qualities. The purpose of the student government is to foster leadership, responsibility, and community service. A president, vice-president, and secretary are elected by the members. Parlimentary procedure is introduced through this program.

This year, the Student Government sponsored a Christmas tree decorating contest, an Earth Day poster contest, cleaned up the school grounds, and also helped the PTO sell lolligrams to raise money for the Hiati crisis. They also acted as Junior MP's and helped to patrol the hallways before and after school.
