Film & Entertainment Arts

Begun in 2009, this festival brings students together from across the Pacific to celebrate, teach and encourage as they learn more about the entertainment arts. These fields include dance, screen acting, standup comedy, magic, graphic design, garage band (performing as a live rock group), etc.  In addition to entertainment arts, this festival also has a strong filmmaking program wherein students learn to collaborate while participating in an intensive one-week event focused on the filmmaking process. Students write, story board, direct, film, produce and edit their productions during the course of the event. Many of the entertainment students attending find their way into movies produced at this festival. The culminating red carpet event brings together the entertainment and film students for incredible Hollywood style show. The final performance is free and open to the public
