A Head Start on Picturing America: Facilitator’s Toolkits

The techniques and strategies outlined in the facilitator’s toolkits are designed to support Head Start program staff in engaging children and families in the arts using the A Head Start on Picturing America initiative. Through interactive sessions and workshops, these toolkits will help staff to encourage constructive thinking and conversation, as well as enhance parent and child participation in the community and around the arts. The facilitator's toolkits also work to improve staff leadership skills by outlining different approaches and providing tips and checklists.
