Jennifer Gavin has been a Senior Public Affairs Specialist at the Library since fall of 2007. A former newspaperwoman, she covered politics and government for the Associated Press and The Denver Post. After serving as press secretary to the governor of Colorado, she worked as a corporate and government spokesperson and speechwriter. Gavin holds bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Colorado and a master's in International Affairs from The American University.
