Joining the DAU Alumni Association is a good way to stay connected with DAU and the training and certification assets available there. It also affords the opportunity to continue networking with classmates that we bonded with during certification courses. There are other benefits as well - such as an annual 2-day Acquisition Symposium where Continuous Learning Points towards DoD continuing education requirements can be earned. But the main point of being a member is to promote DAU's reputation and capability as a world-class learning center, thereby enhancing the value of the education and training received there. When signing on as a member, the Association has provided subscription forms to facilitate obtaining free copies of both the Defense AT&L Magazine and the Defense ACquisiton Review Journal.
