How do I retrieve my username or password if I have forgotten it?
To retrieve your username:
-
Go to Forgot Username; and
-
Enter your name, Social Security number, and date of birth.
Your user name will display in the "username" field of the sign-in screen.
For security reasons, we do not have a record of your password.
To reset your password:
-
Go to Forgot Password;
- Enter your name, Social Security number, and date of birth; and
- Answer three identity-verification questions.
We will ask you to create and confirm a new password once we have successfully established your identity.
